    Why Phoenix Performance?

    Here at Phoenix Performance, we are proud to have created a private and friendly environment for our members. We consider our members family, and as such strive to ensure that they are treated with respect and given the best service possible.

    With so much information now available online and on TV, it is very easy to get confused about how to go about achieving results in the gym. Our methods are carefully thought out for you with your end goal always in mind, and we ensure that we take all of the guess work out of your journey.

    Since opening in 2010, we have helped hundreds of people achieve their goals, and with most of our members coming from referrals/recommendations, we are confident we can help you too.

    Whether you are looking to tone up, lose weight, improve strength or recover your fitness following an illness or injury, we have a range of training sessions which are personally tailored to suit your individual needs.

    We offer two core training styles for our clients to choose from, these are tried, tested and highly successful forms of exercising.

    Book Your Free Health and Fitness Check

    During your Health and Fitness check, we will talk through your goals, analyse your diet, take some measurements and complete a Body Statistics test which will identify your body composition, lean muscle mass, body fat percentage and more.

    The Health and Fitness check is essential if you want to train towards real results.
