As the Summer holidays are coming to an end, we know that parents are climbing the walls to get back normality, and for many of you, missing out on ‘me-time’ has been tough. Whilst spending time with the kids has been great, it’s now back to the grind and we know that you need a little help to get motivated to exercise.
This is why we have introduced our Back to School sessions just for you!
What is a back to school session?
Sometimes training with like-minded people can give us the push we need to achieve our goals.
Our Back to School sessions are designed to offer semi-private training within a small group, so you still get the tailored programme to suit your level and ability, but with the encouragement and motivation that a social setting can provide. We have chosen the 10.30am slot to allow enough time for nursery and school drop-offs giving you plenty of time to get to your session.
The Phoenix centre is a fun, friendly and focused workout space, where our clients are made to feel comfortable and confident about training in an open space. We want you to look forward to coming back for every session so we understand how to strike the right balance between getting results and making it fun.
What do I get?

- Flexible, personalised training plan to suit your level, ability and fitness goals
- 1 or 2 hour weekly training sessions at 10.30am depending on your preference
- Access to a members only Facebook group with tips, advice and session updates
- Ongoing support and guidance from our experienced personal trainers.
