Training

After your assessment on day one, we will create a bespoke training plan which you follow in a small group of up to 4 people, supervised by one of our highly experienced coaches.

Nutrition

Nutrition plays a vital role in when you want the best results. We educate our clients on how to make the best choices when it comes to food.

Support

Training to achieve results can be a difficult task. We offer additional support to your training and nutrition to help you get the most out of your training.

We devised the Semi – Private Training Programme to cater to the needs of clients who wish for Personal Training but simply cannot afford the 1 to 1 training prices.

On day one we will talk through your goals in detail, your current level of ability, and your current nutritional and lifestyle habits.  We will then go through some assessments which are relevant to your goal and we will then create your training plan from scratch.

You follow your own training plan in a group of up to only 4 people, and your session will be supervised by one of our highly experienced coaches.  Our coaches are not just rep counters, we work with only the best so our coaches will offer quality instruction and advice during your sessions to ensure you are training to your absolute potential.

The most important thing for us is to ensure that our clients achieve results, and as such, when you sign up with us, you will be assigned a Personal Trainer.  This Personal Trainer will be your direct point of contact and will be responsible for creating your new training plan each month to ensure your progression towards your goals.

 

On top of this, you will get access to our members only Facebook group where we upload food plans, recipes and training advice.  This offers more support with your nutrition and allows for much greater results.

All members are also able to purchase ‘add-on’ 1 to 1 services, which we highly recommend.  These sessions can be used however you feel most beneficial, however most clients use these to have bespoke nutrition plans, measurments/assessment sessions, and more regular training updates to fast track their results.  These are recommend but you don’t have to buy these should you wish not to.

At Phoenix, our number 1 priority is to ensure that all of our Semi – Private Training clients achieve great results, we will support you the entire way throughout your journey.

We have Semi – Private sessions running throughout the week and also at weekend.  We currently offer 34 Semi – Private Training sessions per week and you can choose which ever one you wish to suit your schedule.

All sessions are booked via our smartphone app.
