“Basically I was fed up with my lifestyle and needed to do something drastically about it so I decided to give personal training a go. It was actually a friend who recommended Scott at Phoenix Performance Centre to me back then and I am very glad that they did.

Scott’s philosophy is simple yet detailed. His ability to coach and educate me about food and healthy living is what made the difference for me. I never once felt lectured but I felt that making the right food choices became easy to me because of the amount of knowledge Scott passed on to me.

My physical body shape has changed dramatically and my asthma has completely disappeared. I am now much healthier and am able to live the life I want without any heavy breathing or suffering.

It has been 4 months since I stopped training and I am still losing weight. I am now a size 8 and loving life. My business is flourishing and I don’t think anything could be better.

The brief

Jo came to me at the end of 2012 after realising that she drastically needed to change her lifestyle to start enjoying life again. She was keen to change and threw herself into the challenge. I was able to tweak her diet from week to week along with her training and at the end of her journey she had achieved amazing results. This was back in 2012 and she still looks great now! Our methods don’t just achieve results in the here and now, they are geared towards your future. Jo tells me she is happier than she has been for a long time and is still enjoying life to the max.
